What a cool figure! Never gotten stuff like this myself really, other than one time I lost all self control and bought a NECA Xenomorph Queen figure. But to be honest, I'm kinda tempted again (despite the issues). Great review, by the way.
I have Vozlak (5Ktoys) and have the exact same issues - extensive hot water treatment to get joints to move, only to have them seemingly seize back up overnight. Ive taken lots of photos, looks great, articulation is truly insane; however, the "fun" factor has waned
@kaponobear6405 So sorry to hear yours had the same issues. These figures' joints are so temperamental. I hardly pose mine now due to that, which definitely takes a lot of fun out of it....
Lucky you. I still waiting my Vozlak and Dilim (two of each) figures to be delivered. Sadly some postage error occured from my half that I corrected later but resulted to the figures to be sent back to the seller 5KToys. Now I clarified my address and still waiting to my figures to be posted to UK
@@FerencDobos-b2f Yikes - well, some drilling, sculpting with diesel, micro screw/nut later and my ankle is better than new. Today will be filling gap with miliput and novice-grade sculpting. However, I still cancelled my other LooseCollector figures from 5KToys/BBTS and will be patient and wait on "real" reviews before I dip my wallet back in.
Good review. Thank you for showing the degree of joint issues. Watching the arm going limp after everyone has complained about the initial tightness was the last straw for me. They seem to have missed the middle ground and these things will be a QC nightmare. It isn't worth the risk for anyone not experienced in repairing for themselves.
Thank you! I appreciate your comment and completely agree with you. The QC issues of this figure are really severe. Even if I find using shock oil or kiki's joint fluid helps out later, I feel a figure of this cost should not require this level of repairs and care needed to enjoy it properly. I worry that many who preordered on BBTS won't discover the issues until it is too late and the figures are in their hands. And what a shame, too, as it's an otherwise amazing looking figure. EDIT: As of this morning, many of the joints have already locked up again. This may be more than QC issues, it might be a fundamentally badly designed figure through and through. So disappointing.
@@SlingysThings Damn. That's really disappointing. I think it's easy to get caught up on how cool a dream concept finally being brought to life is. Execution is obviously a different story. I had all four on pre-order. They look great but unfortunately most of the early reviews although thorough aren't prioritizing the joint problems over how cool they look. Thank you again for the brutal honesty. It may have saved me a couple hundred. I'm still considering rolling the dice on black and gray but will settle for white Veteran William and I already cancelled Vozlak and Garros. There has to be some balance between our fomo as collectors and self respect.
@@HighFidelity420 So true! Execution is definitely a different story. And I'm really glad my review could help you out! I think it's good to have an idea on what to expect with a figure, and that both it's strengths and weaknesses should be equally covered. I may do another short video to point out a few other issues I've encountered with Vozlak, if at the very least just to inform others. I agree with you on maintaining that balance! I hear great things overall about Veteran William. It's unfortunate the same can't exactly be said with the Great Wolves, but hopefully LooseCollector will not have these issues with future releases in their Crypt line.
I have an idea for the joints we're going to use a little bit of,physics here, maybe putting the figure in the freezer for about 5-8 hours. Since cold would cause some very slight expansion and heat causes contraction. so, in theory, this should losing the joints a bit to the point that you can apply silicone oil.
I have ordered them from BigBadToyStore all four of them (2 of each) but I had an email stating that these figures will be ready to ship by October.... :(
@@FerencDobos-b2f same, sad but if that ensures the quality will be at the best it can be i guess itll be ok for the wait perfect for halloween time lol
The stuck joints are a pain in the a...ss. I was afraid to break it, cuz it's an expensive figure...but I like to much werewolves...and ordered it compulsively 😢😅...I didn't mind those details. I have Dilim, the right shoulder is a little loose, anyway I'll wont move it anymore. But It's a great figure. Greetings.
Looks badass and freaking huge! But mate these figures are not made for play with them as you play with your dolls. you set them up in your fave pose and keep them in a display cabinet. These are not toys

Thank you so much! 😄 And I can't blame you, though it has its faults, it is a truly awesome looking figure!

Interesting! Thank you for sharing your idea! 👍
This is the one i preordered, really hope mines will be good and not have the super tight joints issue
Here's hoping! 🙏

I agree with you completely! The stuck joints are a pain, but they are such cool werewolves! I also could not resist! 😂 Thank you for watching! 😁
Mine was missing the neck piece when it arrived.
What! That's terrible! I'm so sorry yours arrived like that! 😟
Kinda wish they done a Bigfoot.
Same! Hopefully a Bigfoot will be a future addition to their Crypt line! 👍
Where did you get yours from?
I got mine from Aliexpress 👍
