Yesterday I extracted all 6 weapon cases form Building 21 (took me like 4h), and later tried to do the same with Koschei: so I found a team to do it with and we extracted 4. But one of these guys always triggered the lasertraps in the Sniper's lair, so we told him to wait. He ran through and killed us all
From my experience its because of the Koschie bug. If you spawn there and there is no count down and/or you lose your ammo some mission items (e.g. diamond tip drill will be missing) and the case may not count in the missions menu even if you got the reward for it. Mine kept showing 5/6 rewards in the mission screen even though I had all the rewards. To avoid the bug, go through the city entrance and get the case again. That fixed it for me.

I've done all weapon cases but it says I've only got 97% why any clues
