Flipping happens before managing…so does that mean you push, flip, then remove? If so, then what if one of the cats in the 3-in-a-row gets pushed outside the shelter boundaries? It seems like flipping would happen, then cat removal. But the instructions says ‘inside the shelter’ so even if the flipper is in the shelter, the bordering cat isn’t.
