Ken has always been my favorite SF character. I stopped playing the game early in its life cause he was so disappointing at the time. It’s nice to see how much they improved this game with their hard work.

Ken has more potential than Ryu and that is why he is more flexible in inventing new things, Ryu has to train more to keep his style useful for that reason, in fact it is one of the great things for which he is still Ryu's great rival, Ryu has mentioned that he is always looking forward to the new surprise that Ken will bring out in his matches.

Air combos seem way less arbitrary now. I used to trash talk this game because it was strange to me how they would allow one character to juggle an airborne opponent, but other characters weren't allowed to. Seems to me like they opened the flood gates so everybody works with the same logic and aren't arbitrarily disallowed to air combo.

So basically, It's now turned into Street Fighter V Turbo, I like it! Apart from being a fresh breath air of into V for current fans, It will also bring in a lot of new players!
I really hate the excuse that Capcom doesn't include Ken in some crossovers because of his similarity to Ryu, when Ken has moved away a lot from Ryu, at this point Akuma is more of a clone of Ryu than Ken but Capcom does force that one on things, showing that the excuse is ridiculous.
