I thinks she's the first one to show that she goes to the bathroom after waking up...and I like how she brought up the being present while eating I think i read somewhere that by not concentrating while eating and just watch tv or cellphone it does not make our brains clear that we are eating and that's why we tend to eat afterwards when it's not necessary
