I don't think so. This moveset just serves the purpose of being ANNOYING from distance, which is a lot if u know how to position in TFs. You end up helping your team and doing some damage, even able to finish some runners ☝🏻🤓
It got nerfed to a point that it just has no real place in the meta like many other releases that were only usable on their release when they were way overtuned
I still agree that attcker need to be had a Little bit more dmg than the rest since they easy to take down. And if they deal this meh dmg why bother pick attcker, just go allrounder or tank. They do good dmg and more tanky

personally i like using it over fire spin
Damage is still pretty solide and range is really big. Also stun combo of cannon and psyshock doesnt nerfed.

Armor Cannon is really fun if you can remember to charge it up instead of firing it off immediately and having it do nothing. 😂
