Follow the steps below! - Plug your Apex Athlete Series tracker into the USB Charger. - Wait for a few moments, don’t press any buttons and you’ll notice the word Apex appear on the screen. The tracker will display the battery icon. - Once you see this you can then quickly click/press the middle button of the tracker 3 times. (Please note: holding the 3rd press/click of the button for slightly longer than the first two clicks, approx. 2-3 seconds). - Your tracker should then say to “initiate factory reset by unplugging"/ “Reset mode”. - Unplug the tracker from the USB cable within 30 seconds and your tracker should now factory reset itself.

Tried to download the app to my phone, but unable to. Then I'm asked for credit card information in order to register. No way and I going to share this information. Particularly since there seems to be no way to turn on or turn off the Apex Pulse Track. So, out to the garbage it goes. It was a cheap price for a cheap product. Very disappointing

Yo when i try sync my session to the app it doesn’t sync it goes up to a certain percentage then just stops syncing
Like it just freezes at a percentage
@@CTClips66 Sometime it will do that but just close the app and try again. That is what has worked for me in the past.
