Nest time around you might want to use truck bed liner inside the tub. I have used it on my Goofy Cart build and it is very durable. Your cart is looking great and nice to see it going together so smoothly.
Howdty Dennis, I’ve researched the Pearless dif, bit confused on which is correct. Can you point me in the right direction? Also, I intend to make my own front spindle assemblies. One more thing I can’t find is length and diameter of the actual axel I.e. hardened bolt. I’m hopeful you can point me in the right direction. Tim in Maine, first timer, frame complete.
@@johnblanton-fd3jf I’m in Gold Hill, about 40 miles north of Charlotte just below Salisbury. I’ve got a little project to finish and I plan on starting my cyclekart around February.
@@DannyBasinger That’s great! I have family in Lincolnton, so I get down that way every so often. A friend of mine is a retired professional welder and we may be starting a frame or two sometime in January. We’ll have to keep in touch about our progress. Good luck !
Olá Dennis, me chamo Carlos e sou do Brasil, otimo trabalho e video muito bem detalhado, parabens. Venho acompanhando seus videos na intensão de conhecer mais e ter experiencia no projeto e montagem dos veiculos. OBS: voce é da Australia?
👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Shiny! Nicely done video, Dennis. Who gets to drive it in next race? Where is Huntsville?
Hl soy colombiano y necesito unos repuestos para un visitaxi
Are those motorcycle wheels and tires?

Hi Dennis, this is Danny Basinger in North Carolina. I want to thank you for doing these videos. It helps a lot!
Hey Danny! What part of NC are you located? I'm in the Boone area and getting ready to build a cyclekart , recently received the frame plans.

Sure thing! Are you on Facebook? If so, I can message you my number.
Dennis, shouldn’t you have washers behind those nuts on the real axel braces? I notice you tightened bare nuts straight onto the painted inner frame.
