I’ve been waiting since March 16th and gave me claim number and no email. Tried CONNECT and you suppose to have code or PIN number which I never received. I see that it says my claim is entered the system but when I call give my SS# they can’t look it up and told me that I need to wait an email. I’ve mailed them paper form as well but no luck. I don’t know what to do. The last time when I called told me what is your claim number does it have Letter C in the front of the number??? Is there different numbers? Why they give different numbers? Why is there a confusion???? My coworkers all got the money. But mine have been so complicated. I’ve got bills to pay and it’s been really really hard.
i try to log in with ssn and pin but it says: Login failed: Retry your Social Security Number (or DEO Claimant ID) and PIN, or select the Forgot PIN button. i try with id and pin and it takes me to the page to reset my pin. it asks for ssn, dob and gender but it says ssn doesn't match from the previous page but it doesn't work when i try on the previous page. the ssn is correct b/c i tried to reclaim but says the ssn is already in use.
3 attempts lock you out but i only tried once then went the forgot pin route. and when i put my ssn, dob and gender it says i'm locked out and try again in 30 minutes but that doesn't help.
I'm also owed $$$ from 2020 as well as back pay from 2001 & 2007!!! How do I get my hands on THAT ca$h?? Plus the Way2Go prepaid debit they put my qualifying payments on is STILL not in my hands after over 2 months saying they mailed it...and NO other direct deposit can be done on my other accts WTF
If your a legit layoff from your employer . not fired not quitting on your own . but laidoff from employer as a direct cause of covid . you should be good to collect unemployment and retro active back pay from the day you were unemployed . look i havent worked a legit w2 employer tax withholding since march of 2019 i only earned 5k jan , feb , and march( 1st qtr ) of 2019 ...yes 2019 i was able to collect and still collecting $125. A week from florida u.i and the $600 a week from the feds . i was able to collect cos i was supposed to start a job with a real business that takes out taxes every paycheck in mid march of this year 2020 ... And yes it took me until may to get first checks which but it was all retro pay from march the fed check was the $600 a week. Came to $4800.00 and the $125 from florida deo. Which was $850.00 direct deposited into my bank . no email , no text message or letter from florida unemployment. And since then the direct deposits are like clockwork . 2nd tues of biweekly unemployment i get $250 from florida deo and next day wed i get direct deposit of $1080.00 from the fed $600 both are paid thru florida deo .. But guys if your not getting paid . and you have even abit of work history .. You need to call .. Call .call florida deo ... File for an appeal on the website . email deo . even call your local state or county representative .. What ever it takes ... You will get all your $ if your dedicated enough to make sure florida deo and feds pay you ..
