    This a gorgeous duet; so why are background performers directed to to upstage the principle singers?
    I've seen this many times; it is appaling.

      Oh. OK. For me it didn't detract from the singers, but added to them. Like, I have a brain, and one goes off into the audio part of it, and the other goes off into another, like Carravagio visuals.

      the movement behind represents the chaos created by the main characters and amidst the chaos they are living their love story. i think it is powerful allegory and personally love it
