Back to the main koko, this gist is gisting!! Daddy Freeze is someone I have followed for about 15 years. I came across him in 9ja when I was married on his radio show. He played some of the best music. He scandalous life story is an eye opener. This is why we must never judge a book by it cover. I remember a while back, he stated he had not seen his children for 7 years like you stated. However, he never gave the full gist as you have addressed here. Knowledge is powerful. After all, these are University "trained" students. They should be able to manage financially and socially and harmoniously. But without fail, greed steps in. The man starts looking for pelvic satisfaction from adulterous relationships and starts disrespecting, and hating, and beating. and abusing his wife. He might even pick up viruses and bacteria and deposit them IN his wife. Trouble, disgust, and mistrust arise. The relationship heads for divorce and the children are left scared and scarred for life. The attitudes that generate this folly were undoubtedly present before the marriage. The teen who starts looking around for early sex is apt to be caught at a later date in behavior that ricochets in his face. We cannot do this man-woman relationship without first, committing ourselves to Christ. The fallout we are seeing is disturbing. Our societies are failing and falling and it seems as though we are failing to learn from the pain of others!
Hi Neze, Thanks for this master class once again. Mr. Odekina did not sue his estranged wife Benedicta at the time for divorce but rather sued DF for adultery. Going by your explanations, does that not amount to condoning the action of his ex-wife? If that is true, then he has no grounds to sue DF for adultery!!! Please note also that it was Benedicta who sued her ex-husband for divorce before ever dating DF. Please research the story further and clarify the legal impact of this scenario. Also note that DF's mother is a Professor of Law and they must have equally researched and pieced all the evidence and relevant legal provisions together. Thanks for all you do, and hope to get a feedback.
In situations where the woman petitions for dissolution of marriage on one ground and the man has another ground, he can cross petition and in the case of adultery, the cross petitioner can join the person with whom the cross respondent / petitioner committed adultery with and claim damages against him or her

Daddy Freeze denied committing adultery with Benedictha and the two courts found him guilty, meaning that his first wife was right when she said he was beating him and calling the Benedictha that she is refusing to leave the house. I believe the wife when she said he was abusing her verbally because if you have ever joined his live or watch his videos, you will know he is an abuser. His wife left the house and the next thing he did was to run into the arm of another man's wife hummmm but he will talk about Yul and Judith as if he is a scent. He claims the wife ran away with his kids, if he was actually a good father, he could have looked for them. Daddy Freeze and Benedictha, Yul and Judith adultery couples.
