Dr. Rolando Toyos the inventor of IPL for Dry Eye Disease discusses his research for FDA approval of the Lumenis Optilight with EyeSee TV. Dr. Toyos discovered this procedure 20 years ago and has thousands of doctors around the world. Together with Lumenis Dr. Toyos, Dr. Dell, Dr. Desai and Dr. Melissa Toyos conducted the research presented to the FDA for approval.
