More recently I’ve found varying what shoes I wear makes a difference. At the moment it’s four different types. Wearing a Derby type leather lace up one day (Ecco), then perhaps a lighter On Cloud trainer another day, boots another day and so on, works best for me.
Thank you. I wanted to ask, how come you included some shoes with quite a good going rocker in there? I’d always thought those were good for running but unstable for walking/standing. Or maybe this is because I’m looking for an everyday casual shoe rather than walking/hiking.
