I was reading about this the other day. Actually, I just so happened to turn to the page. But it spoke to me, regarding my current situation. I have a fight on my hands.. My husband is an alcoholic, and has been since around 2009. He continues to drink every night, getting drunk. I am praying God delivers him. I believe God is telling me to keep on praying, even though the enemy keeps trying to discourage and distract me. I wanted to leave him, but God said to wait. I believe he's told me to build a small cabin, so I can go out there and pray.. sort of a war room. I will do it. And God WILL deliver my husband! Please pray for me and him..

Father God please protect all mothers especially single mothers! Even as I constantly struggle to pay my rent. And I constantly struggle to provide groceries for my children! I trust you Lord! I’m choosing to keep faith. Walking with faith is the most important thing us christian’s must do. That’s why love compassion and prayers are all we truly need. Please keep me in your prayers. As Christians it’s vital to trust God no matter what we are facing. I want to give up so bad! But God won’t allow me because he is our only strength in this world. As a single mom, things are tough on me. My husband passed years ago. I feel so alone. Both of my sons are autistic and non verbal. I’m constantly struggling to provide for my boys. One message that seems to really be standing out to me from the holy Spirit is to guard our possessions. Not material things but our hearts and mind from the enemy. The wall was a means of protection to the people and their city. The enemy ( satan) was attempting to distract them from the work God gave them and attempting to make them disheartened and doubt God's words. But they kept working and Nehemiah seemed to continue to affirm his trust in God. It should be the same with us!!

One message that seems to really be standing out to me from the holy Spirit is to guard our possessions. Not material things but our hearts and mind from the enemy. The wall was a means of protection to the people and their city. The enemy ( satan) was attempting to distract them from the work God gave them and attempting to make them disheartened and doubt God's words. But they kept working and Nehemiah seemed to continue to affirm his trust in God. It should be the same with us!!

I pray to have Nehemiah’s heart. He always identify himself as a sinner even when his acestors were the one who were disobedient to the Lord. This is how we are supposed to be as in reality we have all have sinned against the Lord and this must humble us always.
