When you said that you use the oportunity to look around for any damages and things going wrong when you walk around collecting from the bays, THAT'S what a responsible owner should do - only that way you can spot any damages and react as quickly as possible.
Appreciate the vids man! What do you put on the notes you slip under at run down washes to get them to contact you? Anything convincing or just pretty straight forward?
I'm looking at a rundown 4 bay self serve carwash in my area, it's on a semi busy street running out to an interstate leaving a town (2 lane) the two closest businesses are a gas station and gym across the street. How much do you think this location would pull in monthly?
Hey Chris this is Kapil from Melbourne, absolutely love your videos and they have motivated to find my own car wash. It’s bit expensive and challenging to find a carwash in Melbourne, but I am dedicated and learning a lot from you. Thankyou soo much I would love to meet you if you come back to Melbourne (-:
New subscriber By the way why do u use tokens instead of quarters, and according to what u know does that uincrease revenue. I'm in Australia and want to open my first one here
What this other comment said. Less likely to have break ins. Also don’t have people coming to get your quarters for laundry which makes the bill changer run out quicker hence having to fill it more often. Less strain on bill changer motor dispensing 1 coin for $1 instead of 4 quarters. And only takes customers 2 coins to start instead of 8 so they’re not standing their putting in coin after coin.
Love the Chanel. I recently purchased a coin operated car wash in California. I’m having a hard time finding a good low price liability insurance. I was hoping that you could refer me to a goon insurance companies that won’t take all my money in premiums
When crooks know you take tokens they realize the majority will be tokens with minimal being quarters. They tend to pay more attention to coin ops that only take quarters. I also take both token and quarters along with bills and credit card in my wash.
Should be Pretty simple. Probably could just use turbo tax self employed cash business income, Put all the gross income write off all the expenses and you got your taxes on just the profit you made.
Do you ever let your employees collect the money? I'm looking at buying a car wash and can't find a business partner, so I'd have to handle the money myself. I would hire someone to clean the place. How many coins and bills will the machines hold? Could I go a week before collecting the money if I couldn't get out there often? Thanks.
Not really. If anyone complains it’s usually if something isn’t working (besides the liars) and if somethings not working I’d rather them tell me so I can fix it.
@@CarWashChronicles I got inspired honestly I love cars I’m always washing my cars, i know you make alot of money after snow days I’m definitely subscribing ❤️
Maybe your guy can start a Spanish only channel. Dude can get ad revenue without the overhead.
how much time do you spend cleaning/maintaining each wash? is it like an hour every day? is it 7 days a week?
Thank you for going into such depth on how the pumps and equipment works. I can't wait to see when you add a bay.
No problem 👍🏻

Absolutely! Things can break everyday so gotta stay on top of things 🙏
I saw that bill counter drop a few 1's into the 5's 10's and 20's spot. Is it counting correctly?
Interesting video. Would be nice to know this week expenses for water, soap, electricity too )

I think it's to lessen the possibility of someone breaking into his coin holders between bays. Tokens don't spend like quarters

How often do you replace the soap brush heads?
Whenever they get short and need it based on how busy I am. Average I’d say every 6-8 Months
I'd love to get into contact with about the ins and outs of car wash business. Looking to buy a one in Texas.
Amazing!! Great initiative

Yessir. All forms of payment are best.
Are you using count up or countdown with credit cards?
They count down.
Hey, I think we would love to know from your experience how taxes works in the car wash business. Thanks for all the info you share with us🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Thanks.
I usually go once a week to collect. If I used quarters in my bill changer I would probably have to go twice but tokens last a week
Do your tokens only work at your car wash.
I work at a car wash and my employer lets me collect the money. Worked for him for a while so he trusts me though
Why do you do tokens as well?
I dispense tokens from my bill changers. Every quarter you see is brought from the customers outside
