Unfortunately, for multi-hour conferences, it is not a stable product. After 3 hours, the signal starts to fail and flashes the rest of the time. We have already used it in several conferences and this problem happened in all of them. I don't know if it has to do with the pen heating up, as we have already tried turning the transmitter and receiver off and on and the problem persists. Will there be a firmware update that can solve this problem?
