Part 2 Nature Faeries & Shifted Consciousness Meditative Methods - A Witch's Guide to Faery Folk

Part 2 - Today I felt compelled to share some passages from a book called "A Witch's Guide to Faery Folk" by author Edain McCoy. This book was suggested to me by a very intuitive friend of mine who owns & manages an occult store. I've only known her for about 4 years, but she has been an ongoing blessing in my life, and I value the time we've been able to spend together, particularly when I was going through some trials and tribulations in my life.
This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore meditation & consciousness as well as the Fae realm.

-I'm sorry for any unstable shots, but when you zoom in close on an object, the zoom can makes the camera unstable with even just the smallest movement.
-What is that noise ? The camera zoom and focus can make a mechanical noise often. I'm looking into methods to possibly reduce this annoyance. Otherwise it's here to stay unfortunately.
-Sometimes I use a tripod, other times I do not. It depends on where I am at the time.
