I bought the white version as yours from Ebay for $400 including the carbon fiber pole and 10 titanium stakes. Supposedly used once. Looking forward to the weight savings this 2024 season.
I don’t suppose you could give a closeup of your bathtub tie outs or explain how you attached them? I’m guessing they are stick on loops from zpacks but unsure how you got them positioned so perfectly in the corners. Dope setup. Thanks.
@@timmayvsjimmay yeah it’s not easy. Be patient and take some deep breaths while doing it. Maybe buy a few extra. If you stick one in the wrong spot you can snip it off and try a second time. Good luck
Tnx for the review. I went through somewhat similar transition - sold XMidPro and bought Bonfus Midus - its Altaplex lookalike BUT doule wall. Its around 20 ounces, inner and outer sold separetely on GGG and Europe. Where r u filming the opening scenes?
So why no entry/exit waterproof zipper as opposed to over-flapped entry/exit material and no apparent vent for air transfer and codensation reduction? It ls lacking two primary elements that defines a true tent.

Thank you so much!! That footy is all from Mt. Tamalpais in NorCal. The waterfall is Grizzly Lake Falls in Trinity Shasta.

@@ulperformance4087 the mesh doors are big in comparison to the shelter. There’s a lot of exposure to the outside air
Very nice video and review. Where is the lake at the beginning of your video?
That’s Grizzly Lake in the Trinity Alps. Thanks !!
at 4:42 all I can think about is the TICKS crawling up the side of your tent all night at this grassy location!
