When is Nick ever bluffing there? The guy even said Nick had to have the 9 of clubs the way the hand went down. No matter how big your hand is if it makes sense that you are beat you have to make a disciplined fold. Actually disciplined folds matter way less when you have a healthy bankroll of 25x or more your buy in but this guy was obviously playing with his rent money by the way he was acting.

@@steezyogvive I totally believe you. The ace of clubs in that spot is basically the same as having a single king of clubs when the board doesnt have a straight flush on it. People fold all the time with the second nuts on 4 flushes, because there is no reason to believe the other person can be so sure that you dont have the nuts. In this spot nick cant be sure you dont have the nuts, unless....he has hit. He also knows that most people cant fold the ace of clubs so to try to bluff with anything else is suicide. I think youre right that with Nick, the times that he turns a made hand into a suicide bluff out of position, is so rare, that a fold is totally reasonable. Was it the pressure of being on TV and possibly getting bluffed and shamed for it that made you call? Just curious if reputation and being filmed played largely into that call. (I absolutely dont balme you for it, such a gross spot :(
