Where do I go for physical therapy? Do I get a referral from a certain doctor or my pcp?? My back hurts so much. I'm 30 with 4 kiddos. I always have a pain patch on my back and a baby on my hip. Please Help!!
I really feel like the spine stabilizing exercises that you've been showing us has really helped with my scoliosis. After a visit to the chiropractor and doing an x-ray on my back, he told me I had "severe scoliosis that started about nine years prior". I was discouraged by him to strengthen my spine, but encouraged to come back three days a week to endure excruciatingly painful adjustments. I finished off my time with him and decided to strength train, I worked as a physical therapy aid for a few years under a couple physical therapist and I watched all ages of people get better through strengthening their body. when i found you, i did your suggested exercises, and now my spine is stronger then it ever has been, I feel like the strength training is building me back up to some normal muscle function for once! We bought your book, thank you for your service! i also have been grappling since 2011 , i'm sure that contributed to it 😆🤷♀️💪😎

Oh my god. Keep these coming, they’re so insightful (and interesting), not to mention short, clear and punchy. I’m 38 but my lower back gets super tight from standing too long and I end up doing stretches every 10min at things like music concerts among crowds of others who otherwise seem fine! Am looking for the causes and fixes for that mystery…
Honestly we have been waiting for this video😭. What exercise are best and should we perform core exercisers one side of the body and leave the other( I feel like lumbar scoliosis for example my also cause strength in one side of the core and back more than the other).
As the rare male scoliosis patient, you can’t just correct scoliosis without surgery (which i had to get, curve: 50) It’s almost like telling someone with adhd to focus, because scoliosis is a disorder inherited through genetics just like adhd. Keep in mind I did physical therapy for around 3 years and still ended up with pain and a 50 degree curve. So with scoli, you just gotta pray that your curve isn’t bad, my mother has a 15 degree curve, while me 50, so it is just 100% random.
Could you do a video with some stretches and exercises that could help correction of mild scoliosis D shape? I have an angles of 10 scoliosis C shape lumbar, I think it could be due to heavy load on my right side during school years, I was always carrying all my books with me in my backpack hahahah and carrying it only with my right shoulder
I don't have scoliosis but women on my mom's side of the family have low synovial fluid in our joints. I've had rice krispy knees since I was born. Knees, wrists, hip, thoracic back, shoulders, and now cervical spine. I have loridosis so I doubt my lumbar spine will move. When I try, my right hip pops first.

Stop doing lower body exercises if possible even avoid walking at all (I would recommend using a wheel chair), go on calorie deficit with very little protein (I recommend starving yourself) and you will end up with twig legs

Do you have tech neck strengthening exercises?
Idk if it’s just me (I have a herniated disc) and sometimes when I hang I find relief but it could “pull” or hang too much and then I’ll get pain.
What about baker cyst and knee pains? 😬 my knees pop aaaaaaloot and I cant really squat anymore. (Got a hernia surgery 4 years ago also)
