That's why it was irresponsible for Mr Murray to give it in an uncontrolled setting. No proper intravenous, no oxygen monitors, no ventilator -- irresponsible and terrible judgement. Personally I think it was assisted suicide... there have been endless amount of interviews and articles that state in MJs own words that he is lonely, he's sad and cries after every show, he's never happy with the way he looks or the way his life is, he couldn't live a proper life, his father beat him when he was a child and he was scared of him as an adult also. There are recording of phone calls from months in advance to his death which state that he is hurting! He knew what propofol would do without the special care and equipment and its known that he begged for it to be injected that morning after other drugs failing to work to sort his insomnia out. Obviously thats my personal opinion and others don't have to agree or support it but the photos clearly show no special equipment around the bed to show that his breathing was monitored. propofol stops your breathing and manual help is required and he knew that yet still begged for the drug to be administered. It's still murder if someone helps a person to death. Propofol isn't prescribed for insomnia, it is administered in hospital as an anesthetic. What do you call "special equipment"? He had a endotracheal tube down his throat to help him breath, a condom catheter on, and drips being intravenously administered. His sternum and ribs were fractured. The bottom line is; he should never have been given this treatment without being in hospital.

KingOfPOP-The biggest mistake that Dr. Murray's defense team made was not letting Dr. Murray testify in court. You can't judge someone just by looking at their face. If Dr. Murray had been allowed to testify the public would see the type of person Dr. Murray really was . I think the public would see that Dr. Murray was not a bad person at all and just made a stupid mistake of leaving Michael alone with that drug propofol.

One lawyer wanted Murray to testify and the other lawyer felt that if Murray testified he might incriminate himself. The 2 lawyers actually had a fist fight over this case. The lawyer that won the fight was the one who decided not to have Dr Murray testify. Which obvioulsy was a bad decision.

Personally I think it was assisted suicide... there have been endless amount of interviews and articles that state in MJs own words that he is lonely, he's sad and cries after every show, he's never happy with the way he looks or the way his life is, he couldn't live a proper life, his father beat him when he was a child and he was scared of him as an adult also. There are recording of phone calls from months in advance to his death which state that he is hurting! I honestly believe the only thing that kept him going for so long was his children and his drive to help people out! he put others before himself and it soon got too much. There are recording off phone calls from the night he passed where he clearly says that he is hurting and then silence and him finally saying "I've got to go" and then hanging up and its clear that his voice gets weaker and weaker as the call goes on. He knew what propofol would do without the special care and equipment and its known that he begged for it to be injected that morning after other drugs failing to work to sort his insomnia out. Obviously thats my personal opinion and others don't have to agree or support it but the photos clearly show no special equipment around the bed to show that his breathing was monitored. propofol stops your breathing and manual help is required and he knew that yet still begged for the drug to be administered. Assisted suicide case.

It's still murder if someone helps a person to death. Propofol isn't prescribed for insomnia, it is administered in hospital as an anesthetic. What do you call "special equipment"? He had a endotracheal tube down his throat to help him breath, a condom catheter on, and drips being intravenously administered. His sternum and ribs were fractured. The bottom line is; he should never have been given this treatment without being in hospital.

What you have to understand is that Michael Jackson had been taking propofol 3 years before he had even met Dr. Murray. Dr. Murray was actually trying to ween Michael Jackson off of the drug. The bottom line is that Michael Jackson was a addict that was strung out on sleeping medications and most likely would have overdosed even if Dr. Murray was not in his life. Michael Jackson probably would have died the same way Elvis Presley died. They both were walking pharmacies.
@@curtisjones400Propofol is not a sleeping aid. It’s a general anesthetic administered by trained anesthesiologists during major/ minor surgeries. Not only that but it has a very narrow safety margin.
. Sure Michael was an insomniac with depression and anxiety, and built himself on a dependency of sedatives, but Propofol is not a cure for lack of sleep and is not appropriate to administer at home. Especially without the proper equipment or personal to care for the patient when something goes wrong. Not only that but Curray failed to do the procedure for a respiratory arrest which would’ve actually saved this man’s life if nothing else. Then he failed to mention propofol and lidocaine to the emergency personnel that were trying to save him 20 minutes too late because he failed to call 911 .
Murray violated atleast six to seventeen standards of care during these botched procedures as a medical practitioner. He should’ve known better .
A man died due to his negligence, let’s not forget about that.
