This house has an actual coat closet next to the entry, and the TV is not over the fireplace! Hooray! The kitchen isn't large, but there's a pantry. The laundry room has an exit door for those who like to hang out their wash. The bathtub could have a shower, but doesn't. ;-( The bedrooms have closets rather than just shallow wardrobes. One thing that I rather miss is a powder room. It's always good to have a second toilet available. ;-) Otherwise, I'd call this a good, thoughtful plan.
These houses you show never have adequate closets at front and rear entrances. Coats, boots, shoes , umbrellas, gloves etc.should not clutter the entrances or exits of a house
