Adding the "turbo" mode could've been much better in my opinion, since every new tech tree line introduces a new mechanism, It'd be more of a logical release. Now however, the whole line is overshadowed by the better tier 10 mediums. The whole line missed its potential. It's already forgotten just like the others lol
Fun fact: the CS did have the improved speed boost consumable during test (I tested it) but even with the consumable i thought it was still a worse Leo 1
I also tested, the improved speed boost was nice to use to flank the enemies in front of them. The enemies either turned their guns towards you or my teammates in front of them. It made the play style unique, but yeah it was still slower than the Leo with the improved speed boost activated.
Im sick of playing a med and I am up against a med and a light. I have to try to hold the flank alone against 2 tanks
They dont even play their own game, they are just workers. They just see statistics and buff or nerf every once in a while. They dont even listen, they dont care if a premium is op if it makes a lot of money for them.
In the long term this makes the game worse, boring and people leaving it. Sad.

i hate the combat stabilization thing, wotb doesn't have a throttle like wot does with hotkeys so you almost never drive at combat stabilization speed unless you reverse....
I dont have CS thank God 😂 but it was such a disappointment with Vz 55. Would be so much better with double shot gun i hope they change that in future but knowing WG thats not gonna happen. Also this new Bz line look like trash already, tier X will be disappointment just like VZ 55
I have thought about this for a while. The fact that they can't make interesting things anymore is not funny. I've grinded Vz because I just liked it and to be honest, I'm extremely bamboozled because it has nothing but looks.
Even balancing is dumb. Just make everything good but not op, and don't fix what's not broken. But I guess they'll pull Suzuki where they didn't update the same dirtbike from 2006 and even worse, they degraded the bike so far the only thing new is the manufacturing date
It's like WG dared itself to develop a tank worse than the 140, and they did.
I hope WG buffs the heck out of it like they did to the WZ-132 and the Patton
I’m hoping that at some point the CS will get a buff that makes it worth playing. Much like the Chinese WZ tier 10 light tank that took them forever to make better.
Adding the 4th button for turbo mode wouldn't solve it because because you still need that for game modes. But since it doesn't have autoloader you could use the reload button. Same could be for hydraulics if they were ever added. But then a vehicle with such feature can never be an autoloader.
But that's still better than nothing at all
I agree with you that the cs63 should include a speed mode (although instantly switching might pose some mechanical issues). The VZ55 as it is right now is definitely a very strong tank in its own right and distinguishes itself from the is7 with 7 degrees of gun depression,which is workable along many ridge lines. (that 7 degrees goes a long way when the upper plate of the vz is basically impenetrable by anything other than td gold rounds) I am worried that the new bz line is going to suffer the same problems as the cs 63. In pc, the rockets really makes it a fast assault tank while in blitz its just going to be a worse e100.

how should i take on the mastery challenges for the premium tanks?
Imagine if they made a exclusive equipment for it, like the japanese heavies.
Something like "turbo engine/stabilized engine", you could choose between higher speeds and lower gun stats or better gun stats with speed comparable to a Leo 1.
That would make it a bridge between the Leo 1 and light tanks while sacrificing DPM for that flexibility.
I mean with the Vz 55 and CS not even the grind is worth. At least with the Minotauro and Yoh you get some pretty OP tier 8 and 9s. The THNs and CSs are probably worse than their tier 10s. You can pen the tier 9 Vz turret with basic prammo lmao.

The thing with the CS is that the gimmick it's the consumables, but you have to either give up reticle cali or tungsten, because NEITHER of them works without adrenaline (tungsten + reticle it's just idiotic to run). And the thing is, if You want a med with tungsten, 121 and Kpz exist, and Leo for the reticle cali + adrenaline combo.
I mean it's not horrible, but it's just pointless to play other than ace farming or to flex you can do well in a mediocre tank, this also happens to the Vz but in a lesser degree
Tank company(the major wotb competitor) has already the swedish TD's and they added just one more button on the screen, while the wotb dev team believes the wotb player base is to stupid to press on one more button on the screen or keyboard

Well, I have all tech tree tanks in my garage. This one doesn't feel special or reliable. Using broken or very strong tanks like Stb, Kpz 50t, T62 A, M48 Patton, Carro, Progetto and so on is way better option. But for some reason I really liked Vz 55 though.
Probably the main balance on their mind now is their financial balance sheet, I think for now they've jumped the shark on new tank ideas.
VZ 55 is actually a really good tank. I would not call it amazing, but the armor really works and the gun is ACCURATE! 0.344 dispersion, and stabilization so you remain aimed in when dodging back and forth or climbing - or turning the hull so your strong armor is facing the enemy.
I just got VZ 55 not long ago, but I am already really loving its gun - SO MUCH MORE RELIABLE THAN IS7!!4 70 alpha is great, you roll 500 a lot more, the HE is really strong, better pen, especially on the premium which has 400 alpha too. It is NOT just an IS7 clone, you can rely on its gun beyond just ~75-100m , and cause of stabilization it is really easy to just the Hatch - its only weakness on the turret. And 7 deg of depression is just enough to hull down on a lot more terrain than IS7 ever could
yeah! i got the tank less than a month after it released and obviously before the buff and i was already loving it, something that i have noticed is that a lot of people at tier 10 struggle to pen the tank all around which is rather surprising considering the fact that it is supposed to be weak because of the lower glacis and i´ve even been called a cheater by many people because of it. i love the gun, the accuracy and damage make it one of my best picks for heavy tanks and the mobility is pretty decent too. overall my favorite tier 10 ever
We had a wave of boring tanks released. Vz.55 would have been great if it had a double shot gun. Now it's just a meh tank that is finiky to drive.
Hi Marty, you’re right. I own the CS and from my experience, it’s probably the most average tank in the game. Since I have almost every t10 medium, there’s no reason to play the Cs. I would compare it to Leo, because of the similar playstyle… honestly just buffing the speed significantly would make it more enjoyable. Turbo mode would be nice:)
you havent even mentioned the upcomming BZ heavy that doesnt actually have turret armor hahahaha. WG is so deep in the RNG that they roll dice for every decision they make nowadays
Maps are too small for a turbo mode. Most likely the Polish mediums were created for one reason: to attract more Polish players! To me it sounds like the CS 63 should hit harder. Perhaps 450 HP per shot. The tier 6 BUGI hits at 240, and that the tier 10 CS 63 only does 100 more for 340 seems completely bonkers. Noting the juicy damage of the tier 5 and 6, I looked through the rest of the line and realised going beyond tier 7 is pointless. While it does 290 damage, so does the tier 8! There's no escalation of damage unlike, say, the Polish heavy line. I'd pump up the tier 7 to 320, the tier 8 to 380 and the latter two to 460 (the tier 10 would reload faster). Then you have some juicy and interesting tanks!

Tbf, while the cs63 is underwhelming on paper compared to the e50m, it does have some gimmicks (aiming consumable, thungsten shells) that make it kinda fun when playing it, while the gun is actually more accurate than the e50m. I do think however that the cs63 is lacking originality. Same idea with the VZ, they gave an ability that sounds good on paper, but its more of a gimmick than anything really useful. If this keeps on going, i can already see tanks like the 279e and T95/FV4201 being added to the game

I honestly expected this video to be about how playing team dependent tanks is the equivalent of throwing your stats away unless you're a unicum to a degree that you can compensate for the utter brain damage inducing stupidity that is the average blitz team.
WG are creating variance. Agree with most of the points made but the CS line attracts the minority. People haven't even grinded the line because "it's bad". Those that are a glutton for punishment or like a challenge will grind it.
I have all tier 10 tech tree so for me it's natural to grind wether the tank is worth it or not. I do believe that adding special mechanics would make the tank better. Much better in fact. They can make it the same way the titan t54 is. With a active consumable that the player has to enable. It could work that way. Another thing about the vz55. The tank is not bad. But it's really pointless. 60tp is literally better in every way in my opinion. Yes the gun is less accurate but armor is much better you get the same gun depression and big alpha damage. Vz55 really isn't special in any way and that's a issue. Hwk whatever aswell really is just a pointless tank just like you said. Ru 251 is far better imo.

That line was a painful grind indeed. My son, who plays regular WOT, claims this thing is very, very good. I don't often play the regular game much, so I wouldn't know. We just had this discussion last night after his ace in the Tier X Action X.
You're not wrong though, there has been a lot of laziness when it comes to the introduction of new tanks into the game. I guess that is why there are no more battle pass tanks.

There is no problem for Wargaming because they are running a scam. You think its just gameplay. This is how they profit by making you believe you are actually in a 7v7 co op battle. Remember who you are dealing with. Propaganda is rampant in that part of the world and they are accustomed to telling you what you want to hear while doing completely opposite. Wargaming is designed to profit from players willing to spend money on their joke game. They have been saying the same things ever since I started playing this game and it has never changed.

The main issue with Blitz is Autoloaders. Being able to clip 1,200 damage in seconds while single shots can't even deal 800 back is just too broken. Only way the game can be truly balanced is if Autoloaders get their clip damage output nerfed to hell or they just get removed altogether.

Cs63 is good , you just dont know how to use it properly, it can have the highest backwards speed up to 29km in tier 10. Make it so strong on peek and poke
Reverse speed doesnt matter when peeking, acceleration does. E50M reverse speed is 20 which is more than enough when you move at best 20 meters backwards. Unless you clownpeek your entire tank out in the open you'll never get far enough to even reach 29. But sure, pass me whatever you're smoking and lets talk

The worst problem with meds or lights are sometimes you get caught in the situation surrounding by enemies, or when an enemy is come to get you , so you need backup as fast as possible to avoid getbhit
