I lost my mom to cancer recently and this song hits home to how I'm feeling. I try to do things to avoid thinking about her, because the memories and thought of going on in life without her just leave me paralyzed. Such a beautiful song.

the fact that I've been addicted to this song in 2019, and hearing it now brings so many memories.
This brings me back to a time when I was just going into middle school after the first year I had to switch to another school. After transitioning schools and having a completely different environment, I felt outcasted and thought things could only get worse. As time went by I found out I had a lot in common with most of the kids in my classes and began to enjoy being there. At that time I graduated to high school and had to move again. Once again I felt the pain of leaving behind friends I would never see again.
