The house is amazing but I'm sure furnishing it will be a challenge especially the lounge and kitchen area it needs a very unique piece of furniture to make the home feel open and inviting, this house must be challenging to furnish but I love ,love,love the house❤if it's on the market in the upcoming 5 years I will be owning it❤❤

I find no faults in this house. One of the best. The price is better comparing with the one in Blair Athol that cost R30 M. The only thing I wish you could help us on is the video quality. Please put 4K video if possible because some of the areas you show the video becomes blurry. We want to See everything 😊😊😊

I hear you - the video is 4K, but we started somewhat too late with the video shoot as the sun was setting, and my old iPhone can't deal with lesser light environment, which then turn into blurry quality... fancier equipment would take care of that, but that's not $$$ possible for me. Sorry!

Fair point - we could have shown you the garage space! Ideally, I'd like to avoid empty homes as they don't necessarily present as nicely vs furnished homes - hopefully, this one will be the last one for the foreseeable future!

Not quite. A couple of grand. With solar on top of that, you’ll reduce it even further.
It's a unique house but I think designing it like this is a waste of space and makes it look like a weird hotel. This particular stand doesn't have much yard space but maybe that's because of the design.
Fair point - most of the land space has been optimised for the home’s design - it’s a rather unusual creation and definitely not everybody’s taste!😎
