Jay Park is the dude who got me into Korean music. He's a crazy talented singer, dancer, and rapper. He is from Seattle and originally moved to South Korea to be trained as a K-Pop idol. He debuted as the front man of JYP's K-Pop boy group 2PM, but then some throwaway myspace comments he made as a teenager about Korean culture went viral and lead to him being cancelled so he left JYP and came back to the US. He went back to SK later to form two of the biggest hip hop labels in Korea and was signed to Roc Nation (Jay-Z's label) for his English music. I highly recommend you react to Jay Park's song Taxi Blur ft Natty from KISS OF LIFE for more singer Jay and On It or his Killing Verse if you want to hear rapper Jay as it lets you hear him as a rapper and a singer. It's probably one of the funniest MVs in recent years. You'll need the subs on for that one though because there's a lot of dialogue and exposition.
