About violence, it actually decreases it since humans have a killer instinct. What I'm trying to say is humans want to kill things. You can't kill other people by law and you can't kill animals because vegans (and also the law to some degree). That makes violent games perfect for relaxing and satisfying the instinct.

It doesn't matter if it's in an open space or not, if you use it excessively it will overheat.
I mean any smart system should have an alert to say that its overheating more than the hardware can handle. Computer chips will slow performance, and if you have ever put a black iPhone in the sun, you will see that there is a message on screen warning you of overheating. So if anything, the xbox itself should have the final say whether its overheating as it has the real data xD
