What if Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang teamed up again, earlier in Season 5. In case you all were wondering, this is a continuation of what if Miguel and Sam switched places.
So in this timeline, Miguel and Sam would win the All-Valley. But Cobra Kai would still win since Miyagi-Do only had a male fighter, and Eagle Fang only had a female fighter. And those events would stay the same. But Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang would stay open. And Daniel and Johnny would team up again. Terry Silver would find out that Miyagi-Fang was still open, and he would be mad. So he would go confront Daniel. But Daniel would say that Sam and Miguel still won. And the reason Cobra Kai won was because 2 of their top students switched places with each other. Silver would be mad. So the rivalry between Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Fang would still happen.
Miguel and Sam would like the attention they were getting as All-Valley Champions. Miyagi-Fang would learn offense and Defense.
Terry Silver would tell the students that Miyagi-Fang went against their deal. The Cobra Kai’s would be mad. And they would want to start fights with Miyagi-Fang. And since Tory never caught Terry Silver, and Miguel and Sam won, she would have loyalty towards Cobra Kai. Kylie, Tory, and Kenny would confront Miguel, Sam, Hawk, and Demetri for violating their end of the deal by keeping Miyagi-Fang open. But Miguel and Sam would step up and say that Miyagi-Fang was open because Johnny and Daniel teamed up. Sam would say that she and Miguel beat Tory and Robby fair and square. Cobra Kai would be mad. So they would fight Miyagi-Fang. Sam would fight Tory, Miguel would fight Kylie, and Hawk would fight Kenny. Miguel, Sam, and Hawk would defeat Tory, Kylie, and Kenny. Kylie would tell them the same thing Kylie from Cobra Kai animated series told Eli: That him, Demetri, and the rest of Miyagi-Fang would have consequences if their dojo didn’t shut down.
Robby would end up joining Miyagi-Fang, and he would be living with Johnny. Miguel and Robby would still be enemies. But Johnny would still want them to get along since they were going to be a family. Johnny and Daniel would still talk, and Daniel would still give him the idea to have Miguel and Robby fight. So Miguel and Robby would still fight, and they would still workout their differences.
Terry Silver would teach the students the Quick Silver method, and he would send more fights toward Miyagi-Fang. Daniel would here that the Cobra Kai students were learning the quick Silver method, and he wouldn’t like this. So Daniel would get Chozen later in this timeline. Chozen would teach the students the pressure point technique. Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Fang would still be at the water park. Kenny would continue to pick on Anthony. And in this timeline I feel like Miguel, Sam and Hawk would go confront them. Tory would still tell them to stay on their side of the park. But in this timeline, Miyagi-Fang would refuse. So Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Fang would fight. And they would still get kicked out. Daniel and Amanda would have to pick up Sam and Anthony from the water park. So Terry Silver wouldn’t disrupt Daniel and Amanda’s marriage.
What is Miguel got amnesia part four?
Given where part 3 ends (just before the Sekai Taikai tryouts), we may need S6 to start dropping before he does it.

I think Miguel would've been able to continue and could've beaten Robby, since Daniel would tell him to make every point undeniable just like he told Sam.
In this timeline, Robby used the Silver Bullet on Miguel, so it would be similar (if not worse) to when Kenny used it on Hawk.
Also, given what Miguel has gone through over the course of the show, Johnny could tell him "Your health is more important", a contrast to S4 when beating Cobra Kai was more important to him than Miguel's well being.

So in this timeline the events of Cobra Kai season 3 would still happen Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do would still have a rivalry after the school fight that put Miguel in a coma. Robby would still go to juvenile detention. and those events would stay the same. Johnny would still give Carmen and Rosa the money for Miguel’s surgery. But in this timeline he would remember how much he had failed Robby. And he would want to be a better father. So Johnny would go visit Robby in juvie a lot earlier. Robby would be happy to see him. The bond between them would improve. After he left, he would visit Miguel in the hospital. Kreese would still give Robby the advice to strike first. So Robby would still fight Shawn and his friends. Hawk would continue to be Cobra Kai’s top students. Miguel would feel bad about how him and Robby started off on the wrong foot. So he would go visit Robby in juvie. He would apologize for how they started off on the wrong foot. And Robby would apologize for kicking him off the balcony. So Miguel and Robby wouldn’t be enemies anymore. Johnny would still form Eagle Fang. And the students that were kicked out by Kreese would join. And by the time Robby gets out of Juvie, he would decide to go with Johnny. So Robby would join Eagle Fang. The All-Valley would still be canceled in this timeline. But in this timeline Miguel, Sam and Robby would save it. The committee would see that rivalries can end. So the All-Valley Tournament would still go on. And Robby, Sam, and Miguel would go out celebrating. And Robby and Sam would get back together. And without Robby in Cobra Kai, they wouldn’t get the snake for Kreese. The house fight would still happen in this timeline. But Robby would be there. And he would help Miguel fight off Kylie. And together they would defeat Hawk. So Hawk wouldn’t redeem himself in this timeline. Sam and Tory would still fight. And in this timeline Miguel, Robby, and Demetri would break up the fight. Tory would still call Miguel a traitor. And she would tell him the same thing she told Hawk in the original timeline, that he better watch his back. But Demetri would tell her the same thing. Johnny and Daniel would still confront Kreese. But without Robby in Cobra Kai, Johnny and Kreese wouldn’t fight. But Daniel and Kreese would still fight. Since Kreese sent the Cobra Kai’s to his house. Miguel, Sam and Robby would stop Daniel before he could kill Kreese. Kreese would still propose a tournament. So Johnny and Daniel would still team up.
