If a student has an A320 type rating, then this person is not eligible to get a job if the company's specific requirement is a Boeing 737 type rating. Both of these aircraft require their own type rating.
I want suggestion from the comment section and sir u also. Currently I am pursuing BTech in CS from a private engeneering college in West Bengal. I had a passion of becoming commercial pilot since my childhood but through the year of my school life I somehow dropped my dream and lost the pathway of becoming a pilot . Now I'm in first year 2nd semester of my engineering I want to complete my engeneering then after I want to join aviation. But the problem is money. I have already spent 4 lakhs and the total cost of my engeneering 8s around 20 lakhs . Then after the pilot training is around 50 lakhs. I came from a middle class family. But I have my father's assets. Should I go for my dream ? Anyone plz suggest me some experiences
Bro just like you I was also pursuing BBA from a private and sidelined my dream of becoming a commercial pilot but after completing my 1st sem I was sure that I don't wanna do this anymore and dropped out of college in the second semester. If you have your father's asset and can get an education loan from it then for sure you should do it!
Buddy I can relate with you I was also doing BCom and then dropped my college in 2nd year , I’ll suggest if you have money nd property (for collateral) then go for it , you will easily get the loan but keep in mind that becoming a pilot will cost you somewhere around 80lac atleast as far I know , you have to work hard for that nd after that you will definitely succeed.
