California plays the top teams. California has 5 teams in the top 25 this week compared to Texas 4. California has the top 2 Teams. California has the best High School Conference Trinity League. California takes on all comers. California top teams play each other (No dodging Allowed), Unlike Texas where top teams rarely play each other. BG coaching this game was bad, really bad. I knew the QB #2 would have trouble seeing over the line, they sub #14 in first series he takes them down 4 a TD and actually completes a couple passes, then gets taken right back out next possession. Thinking you can beat a MD D line on it with guys like THE SPECIMEN #52 by just running the ball is delusional, thats all they did all night. Had 0 answer on the other end also, RB #0 abused them when they played a couple years ago, same story last night. No. It's in the city of Santa Ana. They have a real small campus. The area surrounding the school is a residential area. There is not much room to build a stadium. They have a decent size practice facility. They could probably make a small 5k seat standard HS stadium on it. The Santa Ana Bowl seats 9k people and has ample parking. It's approx a 15 min drive from the campus.

California schools can dominate because kids can transfer for athletic reasons - unlike Texas, and programs can train year-round. In Texas, high schools can't officially begin practice until August; that's a huge advantage
Your UIL denied 1 percent of 15,000 athletic transfers in ONE year. In Texas, you all have athletes that transfer whenever they feel like it. And most of it is for athletic reasons. Their moms and dads will get the money handshakes and paid rent/mortgages

Good teams make good quarterbacks look mediocre. He is throwing against a great secondary. Also, the Mater Dei pass rush does not give him much time. Good teams take away your strengths and force you to go to what is weak.
Does Mater Dei having an actual home field?
No. It's in the city of Santa Ana. They have a real small campus. The area surrounding the school is a residential area. There is not much room to build a stadium. They have a decent size practice facility. They could probably make a small 5k seat standard HS stadium on it. The Santa Ana Bowl seats 9k people and has ample parking. It's approx a 15 min drive from the campus.

you do. there's an entire association called "TAPPS". hundreds of private schools and all of them have excuses why they suck.
California schools can dominate because kids can transfer for athletic reasons - unlike Texas, and programs can train year-round. In Texas, high schools can't officially begin practice until August; that's a huge advantage
Your UIL denied 1 percent of 15,000 athletic transfers in ONE year. In Texas, you all have athletes that transfer whenever they feel like it. And most of it is for athletic reasons. Their moms and dads will get the money handshakes and paid rent/mortgages
