There find the Software Tab and download tdms 7.1.3

Andrej i have 32 bit TDMS but it does not work on 64 windows tell me that how could this problem solve how i upgrade to 64 bit thanks

Hi Mouhammad. You should go to ISA web site - www.isatest.com - and then to customer area. There you will be asked the SN of test set. Use that to get the new TDMS. If you have problems, please send me a mail to [e-mail] and I could help you there
