That would be the Robotnik one, the PINGAS Broadcasting Service. I did a version of this back in 2009, and improved on it shortly before putting it in this video.

As we are now just a small number of views away from the 100,000 milestone, I am pleased to announce that PBS 1971 Logo Spoofs 4: Spoofs Revisited will Premiere today, 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern! Thanks to all you viewers who helped make this possible!
I did manage to compile a bunch in the four years since this was put up; perhaps I could pick out some of the best ones for a long-awaited sequel. Being the most-viewed in my gallery, I think it deserves to be dusted off and brought up again, especially since a favorite RUclipsr has brought back his "blooper" series based on the same logo just earlier today! I may not have the audio still, but I think it works well enough without having to sit through the same synthesizer music over and over again... This may take a while to pick out which to add to Part Two.
Unfortunately, I don't have that ability. But putting the P-head in sunglasses and doing something like that does sound pretty funny.

The B is supposed to be orange, not yellow
I have been fixing that since probably Episode 3. Look at Episode 4, and you'll see that I redid those and fixed the color...for the most part.

It's an old gaff, a bit of a memory lapse when making these. That is corrected in Episode 3.
