Thanks Capt. One thing to mention, I don't know if it's intentional but you may want to consider switching your mic to mono from stereo, I am getting your voice on one side only throughout your commentary. Your voiceover is fine, but your camera audio is only in the right side. Thanks again..
No way I would pay $676k for a SeaFox , The Pursuit was only $20k more and is a 150% better boat! The only good thing about that SeaFox was all the High end options like the Seakeeper, The big Garmins and the triple New 400 V10 with Joystick Mercs
I wouldn’t buy it for ethical reasons (not of fan of how they sued Sea Ox over their name), but I’d imagine that SeaFox is 200k lower without the Seakeeper and V10s
The front access heads look very MI6, and they have interior packaging advantages, but can people use them safely and easily when you are underway ? I really like your posts - the newer boats have integrated extruded aluminum T-tops with their center consoles and allow way better side passage. Keep up the good work with assisting on good bilge access and batteries 'High and Dry' as my dear old dad would say. Maybe when you hit the shows you can go by booths from Seakeeper, Garmin, SImrad, the trolling motor companies and batteries you use, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Mercury - VHS radios, Sonar, Radar, and Fish finders my brother ( yeh I need you to stay out on the water ) - and wtf are those rear transom outriggers that stick into the bottom anyway ? Ha Ha . Hoping you channel 'blows up' - really like the content - people like you and car reviewers like Savagegeese and the Straightpipes Actually influence manufactures to make WAY better products . The front sun pad is now a given - bigger boats with aft mezzanine seats or articulating helm seats are coming on - ever think about bringing a tape measure to measure out the aft fishing area with the seats up and down ? Thank You JJ .
@@jiggingjerksI know my reply is 2 months later but Streamline is now owned by a new ownership. I just saw a new one in a Video from the New SoFlo Boat show in Key Biscayne Florida and it looked very nice. The guy showing the boat said they are using the same hull but are tweaking and making some improvements on the rest of the boat.
Reef runner transom has no motorwell... making it much cleaner and useful. Like the 3 piece construction also. The other boats had a huge motorwell for no reason. The modern engines tilt at much higher fulcrum location and don't need the space. I like that RR took advantage of this. The v10s looked amazing on the seafox, was wondering if it had hydraulic steering or electronic. The pricing is ridiculous. To high.
That Cobia you had in the last vid still seems (at double what you paid 5 years ago) best value. Unbelievable how the prices are still hanging on to COVID levels.
Who has this money to buy all these boats? I know some retiree's are pulling out some cash for a boat but not for 300k plus you need an expensive vehicle to tow it.
@@BlackBirdieGolf I recently saw a guy post a steiger 23 for sale he was asking 100k or asking u to take over his payments. He had 18 years left at 659 a year. Trust me most people can't afford to buy the boats but are financing them over ridiculously long terms. If the government put a cap on vehicle and boat loans at 6 years the prices would drop dramatically.
My brothers father in law is waiting for delivery of his 39 contender with tower, Seakeeper and 425’s. Boat is being delivered to the keys for tortuga and further runs. Click over 700k
these prices are so stupid, never in a million years would i pay over 300k for a 34, especially with most of these hulls not being proven. i would much rather be spending around 150k on a older 24 and restoring it like the 34 venture models. a proven hull with timeless lines
If I had the money for one of these boats I would find a Bertram 35 and fully rip it apart and get all new everything. It is way better then any of this.
All this tells me is that 90% of Americans can’t afford shit today. At 64 years old, I’m no longer interested in even attending boat shows for millionaires.
Hahaha if someone is crazy enough to spend that much on a Sea Fox, they actually do need a sticker telling them what a bench seat is because common sense is clearly a foreign language to them. Cobia had the best layout but still too much “stuff” for a fishing boat.
The Reef Runner was a sick boat and looks to be the best deal if you plan on actually fishing .
Thanks for the tour.
More INSANE boat prices but thanks for showing us around John! 👍👍
The robalo rod holder bar has a hinge on it

Good to know - thank you! Unfortunately shot a ton of vids already but will avoid that next go-round
Reef Runner 340 is probably my next boat with twin V10 400s. Great boats and great people.
Nice! That would literally be the perfect power package for that rig.
Loving that Reef Runner

The Robolo's Rocket launcher rod holders tilt down so you can reach them easier btw.

wondering how huge the profit is on these boats- it must be huge- maybe I should get into the boat building business?
Would love to see a video on the streamline 35’ and price comparison and thoughts.
I had a video last year. I could be wrong, but I believe they went out business.

Didn’t realize some of these “entry” boat brands made boats in that size and price range like Sportsman and Robalo
I’m done complaining about the prices I’m just gonna cry alone about it
Me window shopping at 2am, with $16.38 in my bank account
That made me literally laugh out loud!
I'm not going to comment on boat prices this time 🙂. I'd take the reef runner!
What happened to the contenders and Sea vees ? The only boat without forward seating is the reef runner.
No pricing on either
They keep raising the prices..not enough people to afford them😂
I love the videos but the price of these boats are out of reach for the average family. Crazy.
I like to think of it as boat porn. I’m never getting Jenna Jameson or a boat that costs 700k. Still fun to look at :)

Sick boat and crazy that it’s priced the same as that much smaller Pursuit
Whatever you do, please don’t buy a Seafox! Better off buying a 20 year old top tier boat then a new Seafox.

only 450k for a 30 ft boat? sounds like a great investment. can i write write a personal check for it?
35' class. upwards of 100-200k difference sometimes.
Nice video but you needed to get a better shot of the woman on the seafox.
Hahahahaha

You must have Retired, congratulations.
Hahahaha, not yet. Working remotely and using vacation days to visit these boat shows.
