No loud rock music, no neon flashes, no screaming hectic ads. Thank you forever for keeping this channel ad-free, you cant understand how inportant that is ❤ Its like another age, complete stillness, complete peace. I can relax while listening. Amazing

You do know you can get youtube premium for a few dollars to avoid ads on all streams right? It has other useful features.

There are ads on other videos that have copyrighted music.
If you wish to avoid ads all together, try using the brave browser.

Samaneri...you don't even realise how much it helped to survive the 4 past hellish years of processing 50 years of hurt and trauma, ego death and looking for who I am in essence by turning regularly to your readings and meditations.
    With gratitude 🙏💜

Thank you Samaneri Jayasara, for sharing this reading with us all. I am sure that with patience, and diligent practice, we will benefit greatly from the teaching in this reading 🙏.

I use the first part of the reading as an aid to meditation, and it's interesting that nowhere does it advise focusing on a specific point such as the tip of the nose, which I've always found difficult. Breathing while 'sensitive to the whole body', the breathing body, feels easier and more natural to me.

Dear Jay, so appreciate this direct reading from the canon. I’ve been wanting to read the scriptures for myself for a while but find it too overwhelming and don’t really know where to start. You make it so accessible here. Thanks also to Ayya Jitindriya’s editing. She’s a legend in Dhamma ! I really enjoyed her Dhamma series and use her meditations on difficult emotions all the time. I’ve also been listening to Ajhan Sumedho quite a bit who quotes scripture a lot but always in Pali ? Great we have so many gifted teachers in the Forest Tradition helping to preserve the Gospel… Great work you guys. Lots of love and blessings. Nick from Sidney 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️
