you deserve my subscription my mechanic is an asshole and denied do work on my 2014 powershift, i don't blame him but he's only a parts changer, not a real mechanic. I love people who has the energy and joy to face the problems and learn, kudos bro i come to a ford dealer to solve my problem, two actuators and forks and done, not a easy job but a parts changer mechanic is not capable of still the same clutch with almost 100k miles on it, working flawless
This car is highly underrated by people who do not like this cars dual clutch transmission properties. I happen to love it. Repairing it was a tediuos but not complex task.. Took my time with it. Most time was watching "how to" videos.. lol. If you own one of these cars..Make sure your mechanic knows what he is getting himself into. Cheers! Thank you.
Whatever reason had you made that video personally i can easily say it’s useful for me too to learn that way how disassebling and put back a DCT before owned that nice car to drive
I bought this car as a daily driver gas saver. I didnt know how much of a bad rep this car had. LOL... Non the less my car broke down because of that leaky coolant line. I saw many other vids on repairing this problem. I'm not a certified mech.. I'm just an enthusiast trying to save some bucks. Thanks for your comment...Cheers!
@ Yap same here anyway now you’re my trainer assigment personally being share great insight as doing DIY at home if my mind blown expect you feel free to advice me as I thank you in advance 😊
Its fine. I actually went and pulled another one off from another car. However it was never the TCM..It was only that top actuator that had been contaminated with antifreeze, hence froze the fork mechanism.

@@gerard7aa i'm from Brazil, most mechanics here barely have a scanner, they don't want to learn much and are a bit lazy, ya know

Okay.. It was just the shift forks that were bad all along.
