I've recently started meditating the moment I wake up. It's been life changing. My day is more upbeat, happier, patience with myself and others, and good people and things seem to show up in my daily life. ❤
Thank you for all the great tips! What really gave me a revelation was this one: "It doesn't have to be perfect, just consistent." Usually I give up too easily when things don't go the way I planned. I need to practice building routines however many times I perform below bar in my eyes. And then consistency will lead to getting better.

I prefer to get reward in advance! Before I go to accomplish habit action😜. For instance more pleasurable to eat cookie before I go to grocery😊. You can agree or disagree with me but I'll insist that when I do so habit will be more efficient.
