So I'm going to address something in a pinned comment . In the video I said that Orson Welles, the voice of Unicron passed away a week ago. It was actually 10 days and once I realize that it was too late to fix it .Oops sorry
Part of the reason movies were being made so quickly back then was because of some policy changes by Ronald Reagan regarding advertising to children. He decision to repeal restrictions directly led to the explosion of toys, cartoons, and candy in the 80s. TF had it's reasons for making the movie(make room for new toys lol), but I think the others just served as more exposure for their respective properties
