Beez......I am a senior citizen and had a big collection of knives at one time, but came home one day to find that someone broke into my house and stole a few guns , TV , stereo, " and unfortunately the got all my knife's" !!! I was broken hearted for a long time but life went on and so did I . Recently discovered your site and just listening to your enthusiasm and how much you enjoy what you do, I decided to become a member ! I am positive that I will end up starting another but smaller collection again ! Thanks for such a great site and to you for giving this old man some spark in my life again !! God Bless you, all your members and most of all " GOD BLESS AMERICA " 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
What's up Chet! Dude, that is so disheartening to hear. Something very similar to that happened while my grandpa was at his father's funeral. All of his guns and knives were stolen, except the ones he had hidden very well, but they got the good ones. I'm so glad you have found the knife community. It is awesome to talk to other like-minded people and enjoy the growing world of modern pocket knives. Some folks don't like my enthusiasm, but I wouldn't want to check out my first knife video and the guy was depressing and mumbling along 😅. Welcome To BEEZ BLADES! 🐝
The live last night was great. That GAW for the maintenance kit was too much fun. Yes Sit best day of the week Friday when it live at the hive. Back the Sitivien. Sitivien really has it together. I am not crazy about every knife being in D2 but it is no way a deal killer. I want this one now. It really does remind me of a certain Civivi. Another great video, thanks Beez.
@@BeezBlades wow, thanks 4 that as I carry a Steinbrucke $17°° in 14C28N and have "written off" a couple bcuz reviews really "push" these D2 blades...I wish you would "review the Steinbrucke" as I'd like to add ceramic bearings and haven't any clue as to how...the "only" thing missing is this "doesn't drop shut" like I want 😒
Well I didn't cut myself per say.... But whilst trying to loosen the pivot on my st109 to center the blade, my torx bit slipped and went thru my finger ... Um.... Ouch... Needless to say my disassembly had to be delayed for a later time .. Up for sale a sitivienst109 lol j/k maybe I should've been paying more attention to my disassembly instead of yours 😂😂😂
I just ordered one in jade. I really like the blade shape. With the natural G10 I can dye it if I can steal a pot my wife won't kill me over for staining it. Is the blade attracting your fingerprints or do you have dirty hands today? 😝 Edit: I received the knife abo. ut 30 minutes ago and I really like the fit and feel of the knife. I initially thought the blade sharpening was wonky but after looking at it under a bright light it seems to be symmetrical and even. Edit: I got the knife and it really didn't feel 'right' in my hand so I sent it back. :( I got the Sheildon Bulbosaur instead. That one I really like.
I think this is a nice EDC knife and right for this channel not breaking the bank. One on the way of course in jade! But the real news is while I like your channel for its budget minded outlook I did just buy the Nightshade! I normally won't spend money like that on a knife but it was just scratching the itch because I just kept thinking about it. Lastly, I would like to mention since you like disassembly you should check out some of the CRKT Field Strip knives. No tools to take them apart needed. The action is kind of stiff but I think its a trade off. Might make an interesting video.
Wow , Sitivien with another winner ! Great knives for $30 , who could ask for more . Love good budget blades ! Great live last night , everybody had a blast ! Thanks Beez !
Hey Beez..check out the Sitivien ST 237..Ti and Damascus with carbon fiber for 69 bucks..sweet looking knife for the price!!! Nicest I've seen for the money. I want one,but there are no reviews that I could find.
@@BeezBlades I hear ya on the Damascus, but for the price, alot of knife people would love it..I think it has vg10 as the core steel. I might buy it anyway. I've spent more than 69 bucks on knives that weren't all that great. If I don't like it ,then someone is getting a nice Xmas present..lol..Sitivien is doing alot of great work on their blades and the prices can't be beat. I just got my st 126 delivered today from amazon. Thanks for recommending. It's a good one to edc!
Sitivein has a good solid line. I only have one of them, but I would like to add this one, and a few others from them. I take apart and clean most of my knives ( even the fixed blades that can) the reason I like field strip is with my nerve damage, sometimes my hands twitch, and I have lost a screw in the field more than once. small tip, I use a lock pick pinning mat to take my blades apart at home, so I can put the screws in the order they come off in the pin/spring slots.
I now have your stickers in the swag box!!! They were upstairs on the kitchen table. Thank you! The field strip does look very convenient and easy to keep parts together, because there aren't that many. Very nice. Those are nice mats. I have a soldering mat, with a bunch of spots for screws and parts, even magnetic sections. I really like it. I don't utilize it very well during disassembly vids though because I sort-of rush lol.
Tactical cat hair-not going there, at least not now, but I have nothing against it as long as it’s not excessive! LOL I have a Sitivien and the action is incredible!!! The price is also unbelievable. It felt like D2 but I sharpened it to make sure and it sure was D2! Sharpened like a dream! Take care Beez, and God bless you and Mrs Beez!
Have a great weekend Beez man. Great video like always my friend. Tough to beat these kind of knives for $28. Perfect work knife. Don’t mind if you lose it or break it.
Hello Beez! Excellent hive last night. Hope Mrs. Beez got those pancakes this morning. That’s a sweet knife, I’ve spent far more for knives I end up throwing in a drawer b/c they just don’t do the job. Since watching your channel I’ve been introduced to amazing knives at a fraction of the price I used to spend. Thanks Beez!
Yes, she did! Pancakes, scrambled eggs, tater rounds, and bacon! I'm so glad you enjoy the channel and the knives I show. I carefully pick which ones I hope to be good budget finds. I think I might start throwing in a "fun" knife from time to time too!
Thank you Dan! I try to show every aspect for just that reason. There's so many out there to choose from, that RUclips shopping is the only way to go! Have a great weekend, my friend!
Another cool knife from Sitivien, great size for a main carry knife and a good price for a working knife, can use the hell out of it and not worry too much about losing it or damage as the price makes it somewhat easy to replace. Thanks for the look see Beez and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable.
I went through a phase of budget D2 knives maybe 5-6 years ago when they were first coming into the forefront, and you're making me wonder if I should invest a little more time in that area. It remains extremely impressive what some companies are able to do between $30-50. Thanks for the great review!
Yeah I think I'm sold. I own three other Sitivien folders and I like them, except the detent on all of them seem to be on the weak side. This one appears to be different. Going to add to my wish list. Better let some of these other knives arrive in the mail before I order any more. And yes, I blame you.
I find it very effective to cut up an old cotton t-shirt into strips & use them as cloths. They work great because they're so soft, & they can be easily cleaned & reused. It's a great way to get a lot of additional use out of an otherwise dead shirt! 👕 I just ordered an ST126 in jade after watching this video to go with my other Sitiviens, & I just started learning to dye so I'll do that too! 😃
Bees the great beard!! I am so glad that you actually use and review knives that are actually attainable. My longing heart can actually stand a chance of buying one. 🤓
Sitivien has NEVER dissapointed Me. What's even more important is I've Yet to pay more than $29.99. Sitivien has almost every style, this one like I keep saying is Tuned ABSOLUTELY perfect. My Collection of Sitivien just keeps getting bigger and bigger I t has to be getting close to 15. Still if I can afford it unless you or someone else gets it first ST 301! It's 14C28N and Micarta and in my opinion one of the top 3 Sitiviens ever made along with the 103, and 110. Have a Great weekend BEEZ!
Same here! I like them! I haven't handled it in a while, but it seems like my ST301 had a little bit of a weak detent. That varies from knife to knife though. I think Sitivien is doing it smart with the price point!
@@BeezBlades Just got the St 301 in the tan micarta, today ! The force ( detent ) is strong on this one ! Very much feels like a solid workhorse of a knife. In the pocket for tomorrow.
had a great time last night thank you i really like the sitiviens, for the price you cant go wrong, what is the best way to get out a T6 that got stripped ?
1. try a t7 2. try a thin piece of rubber(elastic) or latex(glove) between your bit and the head of the screw. extra traction is the idea. 3. if you have a replacement screw, you can carefully cut a line in the top of the stripped screw(dremmel with a thin cutting wheel) with the idea of using a flat head to get it out. 4. superglue the bit into the screw, let it dry before you try extracting. heat from a soldering iron to break the bit from the screw afterwards.
Great advise from Michael! Also, I find that a lot of folks believe the screw to be stripped, when in fact it is the T6 bit itself that has slightly twisted! If that's the case, you can use a sharpening stone and run the T6 back and forth (holding very level) on the stone to get past the twisted/bent tines. I hope this helps!
It really does remind me of the Civivi Riffle. Going to order one in Jade. Just a little some to add to the collection. Maybe dye it. Thanks for sharing brother. 👍🇺🇸✌️🇺🇸🤙
I am amazed by this knife! Looks pretty basic at first but when you start getting into the details it just keeps winning. What's not to like, especially like that price! 🤑
Had a blast at The Hive last night! Was doing a disassembly while I watched this video! Those sharp inner edges you talk about sometimes, I use a diamond file and gently knock them down. Dosen't take much and is much more "comfortable" afterwards. Would love to get into flipper deletes and spydie holes here soon. Take care Beez!
Dude! It was so much fun! I've used sandpaper to knock down the sharp edges. It's just one of my favorite nitpicks😅. Man, I can't wait until I retire and I have the spare time to try modding knives. I love seeing people doing so many cool things with their knives. Life is the journey, not the destination...I gotta remind myself of that!😅
Ohhh I "almost" forgot...Gunny lube is made by the same guy makes micron stropping emulsion and the way it does so well is it's "graphene/ boron nitrite" acts to "burnish" (highly polish) things it is applied to...in fact it works "better" as the 2 metal surfaces basically "lap" and I'm wondering if this would improve my knife and others using non ball bearings to operate could you "review" this ???
Hi, Paul here from the UK. Just subscribed a few weeks ago cos love your enthusiasm and knowledge of knives. Wish we had the same amount of blades to buy but alas not to be. Have decided to start my collection because of you and my 1st knife is a penguin. Not the best but a beginning. Stay safe and healthy, respect Paul.
Paul! Thank you, man! A Penguin is an awesome start! It's a great knife, and there's a reason it's so popular! Happy collecting, my friend! I can't wait to see what you get next!
@@BeezBlades lol 🤣 your welcome I really do pay attention to the details of each knife. I like the tear down of each one you have inspired me to take mine apart I am planning on getting the KPL And the driver set I just have to find it, where do you get the mini cotton swabs? I also want to get a BEEZ Sticker to put either on my guitar or in my car window 😆
I had three eggs over medium! Additionally on Monday I stuck the palm of my hand with a civivi dama steel blade about a half inch deep right below my thumb….. more than a bandaid was required::::::
Love these "breakdown/tune up" things you're doing...but if I'm not mistaken the SITIVIEN series "also" has small washers under EA BEARING which you can verify and/or "clean/lube" as well...
Nice looking piece. D2, back spacers, bearings, WOW! Tightening scale screws with blade open or closed. Does it matter? Frosted mini wheats w/crannberry juice for breakfast.
Tightening the scale screws doesn't seem to matter most of the time. If I have a centering issue, I usually just back them all out and back in when open. You're going to make me try the cran/wheats!
I just seen the cormorant on Amazon today, they have a new scale that looks like a PlayStation controller, anything different about it other than the scales? I’ve been wanting one. I think ima order it before they sell out again.
Good question there is a version 1 and a Version 2. Ver 1 is the one with the XX on the handle and the Ver 2 has the three straight lines. But there is another on there with 4 symbols on the handle. So 3 cormorant models on Amazon. Beez has a video on the Version 2 which you can search for that outlines the difference between version 1 and 2 but the third model with the four symbols on the handle I wonder what version that is?
Looks pretty nice for the money, you've been coming up with some really nice ones lately go figure I've got a car to repair with check engine light on and inspection due.
I ordered my first Sitivien this week, the ST117. Very nice knife and love the blade shape. It’s a little heavier and bigger knife, so maybe not the perfect edc for women pockets. lol
This one looks pretty cool but I'm more partial to the one you opened the package up with. It is definitely a working type knife for sure a like bit bigger than the penguin. 😉 My wife got really mad at the fact that I have no sense of direction, so I packed up my stuff and I right. 😂 One more. If a child refuses to sleep during nap time, are they guilty of resisting a rest? 😁
have not got a sitivien yet.but I think the 103 will work for me.not a lot of knives I would say suck, but more about personal preference great vid.keep on truckin'.

Lol! Right! That would make for a do-over!
TopDog thanks again I got robbed last night for the win Lol but hey Beez I’m starting to like these Stivien knives awesome vid!!!!!!
Thank you Marcus!!!!
Hey. Hope to be there Friday. Have a good week everyone.
I hope you make it! Have a great week, brother!
Great job as always
Thank you Craig! I appreciate that!
Very nice great looking knife! Thanks 🙂🙏
You are very welcome, Mike!! Thank you!
I just ordered it. Was just waiting for you to show me my next knife.
Nice. It's very solid in-hand. You'll like it!
Pretty cool need a dark blue one
Ohhh. That would be an easy dye job with Rit Dye Midnight Navy!
❤️Love everything about this one! The looks, size, shape, color and the price!!!!
Thanks😊
I was a little hyped up on this one lol. I got a lot of grief for it hahaha. Thank you, brother!
I am really impressed with the Sitivien ST110, I am going to have to pick this one up as well.
They make them solid. The ST110 is another very solid version!
Very Slick Knife, At least an 8 1/2 on the Old GIGGITTY GIGGITTY Meter 🤣 very nice Blade Design and Can't Beat the Price.
Got the ole' 8.5! Ha! Thank you robert!
Oh geeeez. I know that hurt! Ouch!
Looks good. There are alot of great budget Knives coming out.
Right up my alley!
@@BeezBlades Here's the trick. One bowl with just miniwheats, another with juice. Load the spoon with a mini, then dunk it.
@@TopDog8762 I am not sure but that is the one I got. Reminds me a little of signal flags.
@@NAFcollector is there anything different about it other than the scales? If you have received it yet.
Looks pretty nice for the money, you've been coming up with some really nice ones lately go figure I've got a car to repair with check engine light on and inspection due.
Nice knife at a great price. Last night someone mentioned the Tangram at $28..I am thinking about it.
I see they have a couple different Tangrams on amazon. I may bite!
Great video, wish I would have seen this before buying my Riffle.
Hey 🐝🐝, love Civivi!!
Me too! They need to stop raising the prices!😅
Really fancied one of these so looked them up! £22.44+£74.06 shipping!
I'm starting to like these budget knives
Coming through yet again with another great review!!! You got your game dialed in brother BEEZ!
Thank you, Josh!! You are too kind!
I ordered my first Sitivien this week, the ST117. Very nice knife and love the blade shape. It’s a little heavier and bigger knife, so maybe not the perfect edc for women pockets. lol
They allow women to have pockets now? I'm just kidding, my gf always complains about women's pants not having pockets.
That is a hefty one! Maybe for a back pocket?!
This one looks pretty cool but I'm more partial to the one you opened the package up with. It is definitely a working type knife for sure a like bit bigger than the penguin. 😉
My wife got really mad at the fact that I have no sense of direction, so I packed up my stuff and I right. 😂
One more. If a child refuses to sleep during nap time, are they guilty of resisting a rest? 😁
🤣🤣🤣It took me whole second for it to sink in🤣. I gotta remember that one! Yes, sir! The Sitivien ST103 is a winner!
How does a crazy man find his way thru the forest ??? He follows the psych path silly but fun one 4 ya...
you got great natural enthusiasm!!!
Opinel No.6. simple, cheap, cuts, and if I break it or lose it no biggie.
I like the looks of the Jade one!
I thought about getting the jade one, so I could dye it a deep blue or red.
A great looking knife! It has a great profile and price. Great video Beez 👍
have not got a sitivien yet.but I think the 103 will work for me.not a lot of knives I would say suck, but more about personal preference great vid.keep on truckin'.
Well said, my friend! I'm carrying the 103 today!
Awesome knife luv the reviews the tenacious was the knife that got me started down the rabbit 🐇 hole
I agree! Dude! I blame it all on the Tenacious! I'm not mad though hahaha.
@@BeezBlades lol me either luv everything about knives 🔪 and u and neeves and stassa really enjoy the channel’s can’t wait to see what else comes next
Good looking 👌
Agreed! Thank you Howard!
Civivi Odiumless?
I do have an Odium on-hand. It's a lot smaller than this Sitivien though.
Sup Beez. I had coffee for breakfast but my kids had pancakes and french toast.
Oh, nice! We had eggs, bacon, tater rounds, and pancakes!
You have so many knives i want! Ugh. Lol. I want that Kubey Royal sooo bad, the Riffle, Cormorant, the list goes on and on. lol
I like your taste in knives Cory!
@@BeezBlades just saw your reply. I like YOUR taste in knives sir!! lol…
You want to make a trade?? I could probably find some old shoes,a broken lamp or many some non-perishable food items you’d be interested in!!! Lol jk…. I actually have some older traditional knives I’d forgotten about, but just found. I’m going to try to post in the fb groups i guess, so i can hopefully FINALLY have an EDC again.
This reminds me. I need to put a nice 17⁰ edge bevel on my Civil Riffle. Great review as usual 💥👍
Dude. 17 degrees on my Riffle is laaaazeeerrr sharp!!!
Thank you, Jeff!
I have been enjoying your knife reviews for a while now and wanted to finally say what a pleasure it has been. My first budget knife was a Ganzo FH91 and A "Penguin" will be next ( because everyone needs a Penguin ) with this latest knife you are reviewing to be the third. I hope to join you for your " live at the hive " get together sometime on a Friday night when I am not busy. I'm curious, any chance you are a bee keeper as my wife and I are up here in NH ? Best wishes to you and yours my friend. -- den
Kimchi, handmade, wolf brand chili and a tortilla in pan-fried butter
What a beautiful design especially for 30 bucks
I agree. It really has nice lines and looks good, besides being a solid knife!
Love your channel, and this knife you have today got my attention. Really sharp and thanks for sharing. I just bought the cold steel air lite and kinda second guessing my self… I mean the knife is very good but maybe should have just bought a more budget one. oh well 64.00$ enjoy your humor …👍
Cool knife and good video, Beez. I love my Sitivien ST125. Action is great. Blade cuts well and all for $27. Have a bee-lessed day bro!🐝🐝🐝
That's a good lookin ST too! I'll end up with them all before it's over lol. Thank you, brother! You too!
So cool beez
Thank you, man!
Nice knife with the jade scales (sorry if I am using the incorrect vocabulary. I am son the upward slope of the learning curve). :) I added the knife to my list.. I just have to go back and order it with your discount code.
Nope, you got it right! Nobody judges on that stuff anyway. I do have a link in the description, but no discount code....yet. I'm always trying to get them!
Sitivien are usually pretty good, usually lack jimping!
So is this the Sitivien version 🤔 of a Riffle? Does that make it a Sitiffle or Ritivien 😆 🤣 😂 😹
😅 Maybe a Sitiflle!
Why do you use the kpl heavy on the detent hole and not the original
It's thicker and doesn't run as much and stays on the detent ball and track on the blade better. Just like using motor oil. Different viscosity.
Dwayne K. said it. It stays where it's supposed to be and is a tad thicker. It makes the blade glide better on the detent ball.
Another great budget option from Sitivien, nice! 👍🏻
I'm definitely glad I found this one!
Does sitivien make knives with anything else besides d2?
The have some in Damascus with a VG10 core, and I know they have a couple in 14C28N. Here's one of them that I got. (amazon affiliate link) - amzn.to/3irqIjz
love your videos man. love the positivity and beautifully crafted knives. new subscriber and loving the content so far! keep it up!
Thank you, Scott! I appreciate it! Welcome to the channel! I will do my best 👊🐝
Add it to my Sitivien wish list of knives!
Nice looking knife and the price is definitely right.
This is a great knife, for the price. Without a doubt. I really dig the action and solid-feel of it!
The energy is 🔥🤙🏽
Cool bro I'm drinking a soda smoking ah fatty I just ordered 1 of those gcs fixed blades for bush craft !! See how it goes ? Packing the old cold steel voyager EDC !!
I have a ST103 it’s amazing quality
Hey Mr Beez, thanks for another good review. Ya know, for around this price you can walk out of a gas station with a total piece of garbage that's dangerous and silly. I do think this brand is doing well with quality/price. Maybe a couple little refinements and...boom! Have a good day sir!
Agreed! This one is solid. It bumped some other (under $30) down a couple notches, without a doubt.
