Perhaps life is not that easy for women in Turkey. Maybe they have no choice but to put up with difficult situations and to try resolve marriage difficulties patiently and taking time. In the west we don't do this, our disagreements are over a lot less serious matters, but we have our independence and so at least 50% of our first marriages and 75% if our second marriages are broken...so many broken couples and their children....it's a mess.... Maybe we could learn patience, persistence and selflessness from such cultures ....this is what we have lost.
