I really like the lack of double bass in this band. Normally I love some blasting double kick but the guitars really stand out and drive the songs without it. It's refreshing.
Not only a great band, but they've got some cool t-shirts, too. Pentagram, Forced Entry, Heathen, and...Strawberry Switchblade?!?! Interesting choice, Riley. FYI, Strawberry Switchblade were a Scottish female new wave/pop duo in the 80's. And, since no one else has, I'll add the set list. Soul Sacrifice Manifest Decimation Suffer No Fool Heretic's Fork Ruination Crossbreaker Hammer of Doubt
Watched the whole set and don't know what kinda tomfoolery you guys got into before hitting the comment button. I agree the vocalist started a little shaky, but the rest of the set was hard as bricks.
these guys used to tour relentlessly.. one of the most hardworking bands of the last decade. so yeah no surprise when the vocalist's voice is a little shaky but for the most part this band was tight as fuck. RIP Riley
Sham Stalin I know it is a board mix but it is still a horrible mix. And this is the case all the time, metal show board guys can't mix. They basically mix to the room and don't care about archive audio. It always ends up being quiet guitars and most of the mix, if not all, coming from the vocal mic and drum mics.
Power Trip is my favorite Kid Rock side project.
Chris Godoy I love this band but this is a hilarious comment. Dude does look like a Kid Rock. Ha.
Lmao

Love the Strawberry Switchblade shirt!
two thumbs up for the band! two thumbs up for the forced entry shirt! as for the vocalist this is thrash god damit! enuff said!! sounds good to me!!
forced entry!
The audio mix sucks. Why can't board ops at metal shows ever mix properly? Power Trip is awesome other than that.
Dude it was such a bummer, apparently the sound people were "training" some newbies and they fucked the whole show!
I think this was recorded directly from the mixer board, it may sound good on huge PA system, but not on low volume/bedroom levels.
Sadly its mono though
