Hi Coach, I really need help with being a good player during games. In practice vs in game, I feel like 2 completely different players. I feel less confident and shifty in game, im not sure why. It's almost like I forget everything I practice. Do you have any advice for me?

I used to have this problem. The confidence doesn't just come with practice, but practicing & understanding basketball theory & watching games. I'll recommend watching FIBA games.

I’d recommend just trying simple moves and then replicating those in games. Start with basic and non-problematic skills and then work your way up. After a while, start trying difficult moves and doing them in game. Over time you’ll be as shifty in games as you are in training.
