Lol cheers, yeah my first ever brew was a ginger, been a looong while though but it would be good to come back an revisit it for a ginger brewday at some point, ciders… I’ve made a couple extracts, made some with fresh apple juice but none start to finish with actual apples. 100% something I want to do though, it’s more the commitment of the crusher, press and finding a great fresh apple source!
I found the video very helpful in explaining what sparge, strike water and pitching yeast means. You hear it all the time but for a n00b I never knew what it meant. Great video and awesome setup.
