What would you recommend for residential carpet cleaning better the orbital vibe or a 15 inch CRB machine?
Also with a CRB machine is it necessary to sprinkle the microfiber sponges as well as the endcap to get the most thorough cleaning?

That's a tough question - both are popular for residential. The Vibe is well suited for residential cleaning. Yet there are also a lot of people using CRB machines too. Some will use CRB's with encapsulation alone with Encap-HydrOx or Encap-Clean DS2, and some will also use an absorbent powder like Adsorb Ultra. On the other hand there also a lot of people who are now using the Vibe for residential carpet cleaning and floor care. So there's really no simple answer. It comes down to which machine fits your business model. Either one can fit the bill.

@@RickGelinas I guess this could be the final question that would give me the answer I’m looking for and I appreciate your reply. If I was going to pick between the two machines for the better one for commercial jobs like offices banks restaurants then which one would be the better pick?

Is there any aqua stripping pads for the Cimex? Can you do chemical free stripping with the Cimex?

Hi Steve,
No there are no waterless stripping pads for the Cimex. Waterless stripping is not entirely effective when there's a heavy load of finish. However, we do have a seriously aggressive build-up remover pad for the Cimex machine called the Lightning Strip Pads. They rip through finish like a razor blade and won't load up / clog with finish like many pads do. Plus they last a long time too.
