    Just to add...Going to find all your breathing practices now... I have felt really low these past few weeks and can not shake it, kept thinking to do some yoga asana everyday for physical movement... but I think thats just the issue- I am always active with 5 children, so sit and recenter with a breathing practice everyday is a more suitable idea for me for now in this moment. Certainly feeling into a Winter season within my body right now... need some rest and restoring within my roots and deep soul 💖💫 fully in tune with nature being in her Winter season as I am in Scotland uk.
    So grateful for YOUR commitment Allie to share your gift.🥰🙌

      I can absolutely relate!! My practice has shifted a lot and its more about being fully holistic on and off the amt and slowing down with pranayam and meditation has done wonders for all areas of life! xx

    It’s the first time to try this technique for breathing I couldn’t complete it. I’ll try it again

      First- thank yourself for showing up and attempting something new, that is huge! Second if can certainly feel uncomfortable when we try something new for the first time. When you try again maybe add more props to assist in sitting for that long. Also you can try first thing in the morning before you have filled your stomach with any food or beverage. Let me know how it goes when you try this practice again! :) xx
