Michael Ostrog was seen near some of the crime scenes? I don't know where you got that from, but Ostrog was in prison in France at the time of the murders, so he couldn't have been the killer. The purported Ripper letters were mostly if not all hoaxes, so no one should be considered a suspect based on their writing resembling that in the letters. I don't think the Ripper necessarily had a particular hatred for prostitutes. I think he killed them because they were willing to go with him to places where they weren't likely to be disturbed, so they were the kind of woman that he could kill and have a good chance of not being caught. And is the video's title supposed to be a joke?
Thank you for sharing your insights! You're absolutely right that Michael Ostrog was later found to have been in prison during the murders, making him an unlikely suspect. The inclusion of his name reflects early police suspicions rather than modern conclusions. Regarding the letters, most are indeed considered hoaxes, but they’ve played a significant role in shaping public perception of the case. As for the killer's motives, your point about practicality rather than hatred is valid. The title, however, is intended to provoke thought, not to mislead!
@@Darksecrets-n You're welcome. Fair enough on most of this but as for the title being thought provoking, I think anyone will quickly recognize that there were 4-6 more Ripper murders after Tabram was dead, so there's no way that she could have been the Ripper.
@@otisdylan9532 Thank you for pointing that out! The title was designed to provoke thought about Tabram’s role in the context of the Whitechapel murders rather than suggesting she was the Ripper. It’s always fascinating to see how each case contributes to the overall mystery!
Thank you for sharing your perspective! I understand how the original title could be seen as definitive, so I’ve updated it to better reflect the video’s exploratory approach: ‘Expert Analysis: Could Martha Tabram Be Jack the Ripper's First Victim?’ I hope this makes the discussion clearer. Your insights and continued engagement are greatly appreciated!

@@Darksecrets-n I do think that she most likely was a Ripper victim.
