Not defending him, but peralta played a few of those balls badly. Then there was a comeback hit Waldron should have let Wade play. A few things on defense could have gone differently that inning.
How about Sean Reynolds giving us 2 2/3 of quality pitching... He clocked at 99 from where I was sitting. How about giving him a starting nod...

Everyone is asking, did he need to leave Matt in as long as he did? Did Manager Mike just waive the white flag because of the long stretch of games? Because that put today's game out of reach.
You don't want to overwork the bullpen. We have a 4 game against thr Mets, so you just need to get through the bad innings. Waldron needs to figure something out, still Waiting For Yu.
