I am glad it helps. I had several adult students with no previous cello experience. These etudes were very instructive for them. To learn first few etudes is the most difficult task. The more experience you get, the more exciting it will be to learn new music. Please stay in touch!

Lany are you still with the cello now that you are 50? I’m 68 and just started three months ago (April 6th) yet my teacher tells me I’m not her oldest student! Cellopedia is extremely helpful in guiding my practice.
