Ame wanted to do her own thing on her own schedule to keep up with the other side of her life, Fauna had her own ideas about what she did and didn't want to do which conflicted with HoloEn so they went their separate ways. So if there was to be another "graduation" it would most definitely 100% come from Gura's side, and if that's what she wants then im happy for her.
