This song (nasheed) is asking us to imagine the day when good deeds like charity will be presented to Allah when we are called to account for everything we did in this world, and such deeds will be the purest of them, as they will be free of the taint of pride, arrogance, self- importance, etc. This will earn you a special status in front of Allah. Many ahadith talk about sincerity. Do search them up. May Allah guide you to the truth :)
