My absolute worst pain was the day my lower back decided to fuck me up good! I hit the floor and it got worse. I screamed for 5 hrs before a lock smith and the EM got to me. The nightmares are still vivid
Lyme disease. Happened to me back in 2017. 3 weeks after I pulled the tick from my head and 10 days of being on medication for it, I was praying for death. Got bad enough that my wife took me to the emergency room one night. I went in with the lyme disease medication and the hospital Dr didn't do a damn thing. The Dr thought that I was a drug seeker. A couple months after that, I unfortunately found out that lyme disease can trigger rheumatoid arthritis. Now I just live in pain. 2020, had my 1st rheumatoid related surgery done, 2022 to current the rheumatoid is affecting my heart, almost all of 2023 it was affecting my gallbladder and 2023 I was working on my car during a rheumatoid flare. Everything was going great until it wasn't. Ended up slicing my finger. Lost enough blood to make me lightheaded and nauseous for 2 days, got 13 stitches and a nice scar running down my finger. From stories I've read about people who has/had lyme disease, I think that I was relatively lucky. On the plus side, I can feel different weather systems up to 4 days away and can feel tornadoes up to 25 miles away
Tore my medial and lateral patellar retinacula. Kneecap flipped over and slid down my leg. Also found out about my steroid and cortisone allergy from that. Was given cortisone to stop the steroid allergic reaction. Nearly killed me. So even tho no bus ride, I sincerely sympathize with entire situation.
Sounds like a really stupid and poor form hit. Put your own health and the other player's health and athletic career in the shitter for a high school game

my worse pain is when i was 4 and was beaten black, blue and bloody by a metal clothes hanger and my body was swollen black and bleeding everywhere
